The Green One
Apples,Cucumber, Kale and Spirulina! No added sugar and nasties but pure nutrition and a health boost.
Whether you make your own or you are clever enough to find a natural and good product. I encourage you to drink smoothies, natural fruit/veg juices and eat fruit and veg as much as you can.
Don't go too crazy as fruits are still filled with natural sugars and your teeth need care but fizzy drinks and sugar filled rubbish can be replaced with these. Start one step at a time.
Always remember nothing beats water!
Whether it's plain ice cold water, sparkling water or fruit infused waters, our bodies need water.
Found this drink in my local supermarket so there really is no excuse to stay in unhealthy habits. Be nutrient wise and research and start making small changes.
