As most of you may remember from one of my first posts on my blog, I discussed tips I learnt in life and whilst being a dancer.

I spoke about a Clarins make up fixing spray, that smells of roses and is amazing at setting your make up whether it's for stage, a night out, or everyday use. 

Well here it is!

Another thing I feel quite passionate about is looking after your hair. I have really thin hair and have to wash my hair every day for it to look like something (yes, against what everyone suggests) and with this it means I use a hair dryer every day.

I love smoothing a hair silicon onto my hair after it's dried. This adds some moisture, protects your hair and gives a glossy shine to your ends. I have finally found a natural hair silicon. It has no unnecessary and harmful chemicals, it's not tested on animals and its vegan friendly! 

Plus, it has the most amazing coconut smell - makes me think of a sunny beach vacation!

As dancers our hair is mostly pulled up into a tight bun with all sorts of products in our hair. From gels to hairsprays, sometimes it's good to have a deep clean and maybe even apply a hair mask for a bit. Let your hair dry naturally on occasion or even invest in some good heat defence products.
