Pointe Shoes

There is just something about Pointe Shoes! They make life perfect in so many ways.

I thought now was a good time to share a photo of the day I got my first pair of pointe shoes. It was my birthday and I turned 24, I was absolutely beside myself with happiness the whole day, my fiancé was with me and shared the day with me. The day only got better as that evening my fiancé,myself, and my mum and dad in law went to watch the Northern Ballet perform Cinderella.

I can't explain how much happiness was in my heart when I walked out of that shop with my beautiful Bloch pointe shoes, it's a feeling and memory I will never forget. Oh and don't even get me started on the Cinderella production, it was the most perfect few hours of my life - Cinderella has always been one of my favourite fairy tales. I was captivated by the ballerinas, the pointe work, the tutu's, the incredible music and the magic of the performance I found myself crying at times not even knowing why, it wasn't a sad part, I wasn't beyond happy that it caused the tears,  it was just so perfect in every way I sat and cried.

Every human being more than once should experience so much joy, bliss, happiness and passion ignited in their soul. We cannot just live on this earth we have to find the reason we were born and live it with passion and zeal!
