Change of scenery

Change of scenery doesn't usually mean that everything should then be perfect in our lives. Sometimes it's the first step in the right direction and it's the start of something better.
Our health is usually the tell tale sign if things aren't right in our body. Tiredness, headaches, no energy to name a few things that stress brings on.
Exercise is way more important than we realise, sometimes when we stop doing exercise however little it was, we realise the full impact it had on our bodies.

Mentally keeping yourself motivated and inspired can be as difficult as getting into a exercise routine after letting it go for so long.
The thing with inspiration is it's the little things that build up to big things, that ultimately keep us motivated in whatever the situation.
Inspiration feels very far when you're mentally struggling or exhausted, when your body has no energy and when every single day feels like a battle just to get through.

Short inspirational talks on the internet, encouraging magazine articles or a book that really motivates you are small activities to help you.
A few minutes set aside for yoga in a day to get you breathing, moving and mindful can help just as simply increasing your water intake in a day can start doing wonders.
Listen to your mind and body but sometimes you will have to stand up and pull yourself out of the bleak situations with small steps to help you.

The thing with inspiration is it's as much a journey as you healing, growing and learning is.
Sometimes we need to make a change too, sometimes small, sometimes drastic. I hope that you have the courage, bravery and strength to make that change and that you are met with favour and life’s blessings in that change. It’s never easy but the rainbow comes after the storm! I promise!
