The lazy juicer

5 a day! How do we squeeze in fruits and vegetables when we are busy or simply lazy?

Well I was pleasantly surprised to find these natural, no nasties added fruit and veg juices in the supermarket the other day. I by no means am saying replace meals but invest in a good blender or juicer and use a natural fruit and veg drink as a snack in your day.

Simple ways to incorporate the goodness our bodies need into our daily routines . If you buy the juices rather than make them, make sure they are as natural as possible and no additives or added sugar is in the drink.

Keep in mind fruits have a high natural sugar content so make sure you watch your teeth and that you have a healthy balance of juice as well as water. Plain old fashioned water does wonders for our bodies and hydration is so important.
