There are some days where I feel like a seasoned walker and there are other days where my husband literally has to drag my grumbling butt for a walk.
The thing is I may feel tired and things may ache depending on how long or how strenuous the walk but the fresh air makes me feel good, the scenic beauty always lightens my heart and in general after a good walk I just feel so much better.
Yes there may be circumstances that may limit your walking opportunities. Like safety, the area you live in or whether u have a companion or not. Where you are able to, always take the option to walk.
It doesn't have to be hours long, a stroll through a busy park, choosing to walk rather than drive somewhere or taking a companion for a conversational stroll strengthens your bond and fills your lungs with some needed fresh air.
Whether it's a hot summers walk, a colourful autumn walk, or a cold, snowy winters walk. Take the fresh air, views, and fun in. You could even stop half way and have a picnic!
Share your photos, picnic ideas and where you love to walk by blog post or by email on : dancegrace2@gmail.com
Love to all xx
