I have been thinking the past week that its ok to have a treat when needed or in fact for no reason, it's ok to get home after a crazy day and have a glass of Prosecco or even Champagne. It's ok to just take a few moments to have a cup of tea and read your favourite magazine. It's even ok to have a doughnut, some chocolate, or a little cake with a cup of coffee. Thing is in this society we are restricting ourselves to the point of hunger, following senseless fads and forgetting we can have things in moderation. I'm not condoning certain things and I have had to evaluate my life and make changes for my health and lifestyle and everyday I need to make a change for my good, the worse things are the hardest to let go of. Mine is sugar and I know it's one of the number one reasons for sickness and wrinkles but it's hard to get out of your life as it's now in everything.
Pressure on yourself can be the worst and sometimes we need to be gentle but wise enough to know what changes need to happen and when. Back to the beginning, we dance, work hard, and live in a world of pressure but remember what you love! Whether it's a food, an experience, or a thing u deserve to do that every month at least.
There is nothing more special and touching to my heart than to see someone; no matter the age, living a life of passion and dreams but it's even better to see someone enjoying something just for them. If it's a shared interest by all means share it with that person because a joint love is as good as something shared just for yourself but promise that whatever it is you enjoy it and you do it!
Share what you love, what treats are special or even a special memory of why you love it, by post or by email on: dancegrace2@gmail.com
I shared some of mine earlier but in general I love pretty and girly things that make me feel happy afterwards!
Love to all x
Coffee and a pretty little cake fondant fancy!
