I love my job and there is possibility to progress and build a career in it. I have been through some intense weeks of training and am slowing going into the role that I will be doing. As much as I love this job it's to pay the bills, my dream and my art can't be full time to pay the bills just yet.
Its important to work hard and be the best I can be at work, but I need to be as present in my dancing as that's my art on the sideline and the passion I truly live myself in. I also need to rest and enjoy quality time on the side too, as my husband, family and friends are precious and time is a gift with them.
With that said yesterday my husband and I headed off to a medieval fair! He was in his element and I really had fun. It was full of knights and jousting, food and candy floss, and fair grounds. He even won me a teddy in a paint ball shooting game, I gladly showed off my prize!
The quality time we spent together was very special and very needed as we took time for ourselves out of our busy week.
We ended the lovely day off with watching one of my favourite movies - A Knights Tale. It was a great watch and I was struck with an amazing revelation. Throughout the movie William ( Heath Ledger) speaks about changing his stars and it hit me that sentence is basically what I have been saying - find your passion, live your dream, and inspire others to do the same!
I think we all need a reminder to know that we have the power to change our stars! No one has the power to say no, you have the biggest power and you decide it is possible!
Hope you enjoyed being in my day to day life for a bit and that you always remember You Can Change Your Stars!
